1. Go to www.knoxbox.com 2. Go to the online purchase link and click on Knox-Box
3200 Series. 3. Enter our zip code in the provided box, click on continue. 4.
Go down the list of fire departments to Sweet Home Fire and Ambulance District, click the circle next to our name, click
on continue. 5. The 3200 Series box will come up, click on "Buy Now" and the customer
can fill in their personal information and order their Knox-Box.
The Knox-Box will be shipped to the customer directly. Business owners need to install their Knox-Box at least 6 feet
above the ground, near the main entrance to their business. After it's installed, the owner should contact the fire
department and we will come and put their business key in the box and lock it for them.
